so i recently got to level 30.. and to my surprise one of the final perks you can get raises you SPECIAL all to lvl 9... so i was mad.. cause i had also spent a couple of hours finnaly collecting all 10 of thoes bobble head..

so basically anybody else did the same as me?
and if u havent gotten the bobble heads yet wait to level 30 cause then u can be a perfect 10 character..

so my real question is ...

can u get all 100% TAG skills... i think so with a combination of finding all the books and the perk that gives you 2 points for reading books... so is that possible

Yes it is possible, but you must be very careful and grab the science bobblehead as soon as possible.

I think you need to have a very high intelligence stat to be able to get to level 100 in all regular stats, due to the increased amount of skill points one received when leveling up. Skill books and skill-boosting perks (Cyborg/Size Matters etc) would be a must.

Does it really matter? The difference between 90 and 100 on a skill is almost negligible. There are few stats that actually matter like that. Science and lock pick are the only two i can think of...

But if you want to be obsessive compulsive you might have to start over.

It was possible before Broken Steel, and it became much easier after it was released. You just have to grab the intelligence bobble head as soon as possible and read every skill book you can find after getting the comprehension(I think) perk. There were some books the respawned allowing you to max some skills by abusing that one book, but I'm not sure if that is necessary now.

Not that I would want a perfect character anyways. That kind of takes the fun out of role playing. I prefer to create multiple characters, each one with their own strengths and weaknesses. Give the game more replay value.

I believe it was possible even before the Broken Steel DLC. With the Comprehension perk (gives +2 to skills when reading books) and 25 books for every skill, you would need a minimum of 50 points for each skill and then just search for the books.
