Fallout 3 Point Lookout Glitches

this happened to me after i fought about 4 enemies at once i dont know if that affected it but i was wondering if anybody else has experienced anything like this with point lookout

also i have it for xbox 360

Link doesn't work for me.
I keep getting annoying graphical glitches on my game though. They don't go away unless I go back to the dashboard and reload it.
