The GOTY edition is due out in October. So my guess would be around then but I can't find anything official.

So in order to get the dlc, I'm going to have to buy Fallout 3...again?!

Nope, the expansions will come on discs. Or you can download them as my first post says.

Okay good. I was thinking that it would have to be like Oblivion.

Um....the oblivion ones are out on disc or download aswell....

they are?!!!?? Well shit, I just spent 30 bucks and about 1000 hours of gameplay getting my character back up to my previous stats. I even asked the dude who was working at gamestop if it was available for download on PSN and he said "No"

Ah, thats a point, I was thinking about 360. I'm not sure 'bout the PS3.
