Fallout 3 Sound file

My friend and i have been looking on the internet, yet cannot find somewhere to download the sound file for the noise that plays on fall out 3 when you gain experience.

My friend also tried to pull it straight from the program files on his PC version of the game, with no luck.

Does anyone know either where i can download it, or could someone send me it?

You can't get it off of the PC version? That's odd. The Elder Scrolls series always had every sound effect from the game available for use. It's how I made a nifty sound effects CD for school.

I don't think it's available for download if you can't get it from the game in the first place.

Download the Fallout Mod Manager, and find the Sounds.bsa file with the BSA unpacker.
Once you open it, the "ui_popup_experienceup.wav" file should be one of the first ones in the list.
