A hidden area behind Takoma Industrial.
Go out the back of the factory in Takoma industrial and jump in the canal, there is a ledge on the other side you can climb. It leads right along the wall and then you turn left then right and a huge irradiated area opens up with some ghouls and an interesting back story which I shall not ruin here.
That's the chap, I do have it found it by accident.Dantes Alaska said:Reservist's Rifle
the guy is at Dickerson Tabernacle Chapel, and he has the coordinates to oasis
The alien ship is awesome. And the alien blaster is even better...limited ammo though. There is somewhere else you can get ammo for it, but i forgot where that is...i think it's the same place you get the MIRV.GodsOneMistake said:I saw that guy, Fucked him up too. I remember finding the alien ship, with the creepy Radio messages coming in
Yeah you're probably right there. Fallout 3 murdered my social life for about a month.Internet Kraken said:[
You know if there is something you haven't found, I'm pretty sure most of us wouldn't have found it either. Did you find the Tenderizer is the Anchorage memorial?
What about the Board of Education? Have you found all the Bobbleheads?miracleofsound said:Yeah you're probably right there. Fallout 3 murdered my social life for about a month.Internet Kraken said:[

(yep found the tenderiser)
Hmm, well do you know where Takoma industrial is? You have to use the metro from the back of GNR to get to Takoma Park, then follow it to the end and you'll find Takoma industrial. I can't do a map so google it if you don't know how to get there!AkJay said:Can you describe in more detail how to get to that place? i am incredibly interested.miracleofsound said:Yeah I loved the sad little back story too.needausername said:I found that place, I didn't think anyone else knew about it, its quite cool.miracleofsound said:I have one not many people know about....

I don't wanna ruin it for you, but I will tell you to go north west at the beginning, from the boardwalk pier and talk to a guy in the large creepy house, or find a woman in a tent on the beach due west of the boardwalk. Either of these NPCs should give you the quest. The Dr Jack said:miracleofsound said:And if you download Point Lookout, secrets are revealed in the Dunwich Building.
Do you mean about, or in?
I've already finished the Dunwich building, and just downloaded PL.
I killed the king and stole and his mini nuke.megapenguinx said:Anyone remember the Radroach King?
actually, there are a few ways to get it. I was given the quest when two wanderers told me about it, then tried to kill me because they couldn't share the secret.Cogito said:The Lost Oasis quest, you can only get it by killing a cultist sniper miles away from anywhere![]()

Funny thing though - In vault 106, you know how at some points in it your screen goes purple and stuff?
Well my friend thought something was up with his monitor, and spent 45 minutes trying to fix it. Lol.
i think it's becuase he went evil from being insaneSyntax Error said:Ah yes, Dunwich Building was wierd. It had ghouls and the place was just creepy as fuck. Doors suddenly open/close without your intervention. It's dark, and you get the Holotapes of the last person who survived in that building, you get a glimpse of his descent into madness. And finallyYou get to see the survivor, only in a ghoulified form. Strangely enough, killing him gives you good karma.
Yes and Yes. I actually found all the Bobbleheads twice, since my achievements got deleted after the first time (long story).Internet Kraken said:What about the Board of Education? Uncle Leo. I've heard of him, but never met him. Then again, I've had almost no random encounters (bombed wastelander and Sam Warrick only). I haven't even found the Firelance. The Shade said:I think I missed the RadRoach King. (*gasp*! And here I thought I'd done everything!) Where do I go?
And this mysterious "Behind-Tacoma-Industrial" thing. I must investigate immediately!

I've forgotten is name now, but there's another friendly Super-Mutant (besides Fawkes) wandering the Wasteland that you can talk to. Uncle-something. Kinda nifty.
