Fallout 3 - What am i doing wrong

I love fallout 3, it is pretty good IMHO, but it is easy to get too good too fast. Operation Anchorage to get Chinese stealth armour, Lincolns rifle/combat shotgun is a lethal combo that kills pretty much anything reliably in one or 2 shots.

Sneak attack criticals are the shit.
