Okay, In my opinion, Fallout 3 was one of the best games of all time. Now, I do think that it had it's flaws, what's your opinion on Fallout 3? Pros? Cons? Misc.?

Arrg, it's so hard to tell. It's a schizophrenic game. A lot of it is really amazing, but then other moments are so bad you can't believe they're happening. For example:

So, so terrible. Any of your three possible completely radiation immune followers won't go into the chamber for no fucking reason to force out that shitty turd of an ending. Even the brainwashed, obedient ghoul who is healed by radiation. And then you get kicked out back to the main menu no matter what happens. Survived? Sorry, game over anyway.
Some of the dialogue in Fallout 3 in general is pretty bad, but the speech options to persuade the president to self destruct takes the cake in dire terribleness. I clicked through it thinking 'Holy shit, I can't believe I'm saying this crap, and I can't believe he's being convinced to self destruct from this crap'. Arrrgh. Get some decent writers, Bethesda.

Yes, I agree, however, I love the game, I think that the ending was kind of a shock from out of nowhere for me. It made me mad.. but I thought that the president thing was cool, really suprized me. All of the side missions were very intriguing though. thanks for your input.
The only thing fall out 3 needs is a search button...good thing The Escapist has one.
