I would take the excellent open world and combatsystem and mix it with the Van Buren story and dialogue for two simple reasons. Firstly because the story pretty much sucked, my appendix could have made a better story. Then secondly, I want to play Van Buren - with shiny HD-graphs.

It would've been cool if we had our own radio station we could play our mp3s (saved on the Hard Drive).
Some of the immersive parts of Oblivion: more factions in which you can raise through the ranks (how come my evil character couldn't join Talon or the Raiders, or hell even the Enclave), more purchasable real estate (I have tons of caps and nothing to spend it on), and how come none of the drugs I took caused hallucinations? How do I get my pipboyed hands on that stuff they were smokin in vault 106.

Another cool disc jockey'd be great, but record alot more audio and get the rights to more songs so he doesn't repeat himself so much.
Also a viable way to Sneak, Hack, and/or Persuade your way through the game better, as well as fight.

People.. stop comparing it to oblivion. It's on the same engine (heavily modded mind ya) but it's a different game. It's not the elder scrolls so get over it XD Did Star Trek: Legacy get this same critique? XD
