Fallout is awesome, and cool, and post-apocalyptic, but I don't need to tell you about that because you should already know that. Where should the next Fallout game be?

I would love one in Russia, myself.

I think one set in London would be awesome if they could recreate the 28 Days Later atmosphere and squeeze a few iconic scripted scenes in with the rest of the game.

Fallout in the Commonwealth, centered around the Brotherhood Outcasts leaving the Capital Wasteland and heading north to try and take over the tech there at the Institute.

The stage is already pretty well set for that (thanks to "The Replicated Man" quest in Rivet City in Fallout 3). If they wanted to throw in a continuity nod they could let the player know what happened to Madison Li after she moved north.
