Fallout New Vegas mods

I just bought Fallout New Vegas during the steam sale ($10, how could I possibly say no?), and I was wondering what good mods the game has. If anyone has any good mods for the game, please post links and explain what's so great about the mod.

What's so great about it?

The fact that both Bethesda and Obsidian loved it and Obsidian even made a reference to it in Honest Hearts

Definitely the Classic Weapons mod, it adds 60 or so new guns that are integrated into the game, so you get them normally, I.E. shops and dead people!
