Okay, I recently got Fallout New vegas: Ultimate edition complete with all the DLC's.

I'm going as Courier that mainly speciallizes in Guns, Speech, and Barter and I reached level 10 a minute ago.

which of the New Vegas expansions is best for early-level players? I ask because I'm having difficulty holding the suspense of wanting to go to the main quest of one of those expansions (especially Old World Blues).

Dead Money is... doable as a low level. Especially since you don't really get any of your own gear anyway.

Honest Hearts is... short. Criminally short. I don't remember it beyond that. Did it in 30 minutes or so, a year ago.

I didn't play the others.

I'd suggest Dead Money, it gives some good stuffs and a fuckton of caps. Or Lonesome Roads. Regardless, I think you need to be a specific level to go into them, so it hardly matters.

Dead money is also the first DLC so a lot of the other DLC's will call back to characters and events in that one, definitely recommend it first. Doing the DLC's in chronological order is a good idea but as said before, Honest Hearts is probably the easiest DLC with The Lonesome Road being substantially much more difficult than the others.

Dead Money. Do Dead Money, then Honest hearts, then Old world blues, then Lonesome road. It's all one story kind of.

I'd start the DLC questline around level 20, then hold off doing Lonesome Road until just before I do Hoover Dam. I like to roleplay.

Old world blues!! My absolute favourite! It's so wacky and bizarre.
Dead money was too scary for me and a little hard, wait until later.

I didn't finish Lonesome road, it was such a bore. Honest Heart was nothing special.

It would probably make the most story sense to do them in the order they came out (Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road), but I usually do Honest Hearts first instead of Dead Money because Dead Money is so obnoxiously difficult. Honest Hearts is definitely the most relaxing of the expansions and probably the easiest on low-level players since most of the enemies you'll be facing are animals. Tougher animals than most of what you'd meet in the Mojave, but still just animals. Definitely be sure to pack lots of ammo before starting it, though. You can buy ammo while you're in Zion Valley, but the only vendor is Joshua Graham and he only has so much stock. And if speech is one of your main skills, I'd try to at least get that close to 100 before starting any of the expansions, because there'll be some difficult speech checks for important things.

As much as I loved Dead Money, I wouldn't recommend doing it first. There are a lot of skill rolls in Dead Money, and most of them are pretty tough compared to the ones you find in the game proper.

I'd recommend doing Honest Hearts first. It's fairly short, it's not particularly difficult even at low levels, and there are some really nice perks for someone specializing in Guns. The unique Colt .45 is easily one of the best handguns in the game, if not the best handgun in the game... and the unique light armor you get at the end is pretty damn nice two. That armor, the NCR beret, the unique Colt .45, and a courier spec'd for Guns is one hell of a force to be reckoned with.

At your current level I would suggest Honest Hearts.

Honest Hearts offers the .45 calibre weapons which are some the better Guns available at such a low level.

Dead Money is HARD do not attempt until level 20.

Old World Blues doesn't have much in the way of Gun loot but is the best DLC of the bunch due to its humour and location.

Lonesome Road is best done as late into the main quest-line as possible as your progress affects what clothing reward you get at the end.

Also what format did you get? If you are on PC I would recommend The New Vegas Nexus for mods, http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/

As others have said, Honest Hearts is the best one for low-level characters. All the other ones have a bunch off skill-checks that require quite high levels, so do that one first.

The game gives you recommendations for when you should do the DLCs when you're about to start them, or rather what level you should be to even consider them. I think it's 10 for Honest Hearts, 15 for Dead Money, 20 for Old World Blues and 25 for Lonesome Road. And I'd say those are generous estimates, but there you have them.

-Old World Blues: if you like googly-eyed 50s sci-fi mayhem that's overdone even for this game. (it got really really stupid...quick)

-Honest Hearts: if you want to be bored for 2 hours, but curious about what ever happened to that Burned Man fellow.

-Dead Money: if you actually want challenging and well paced gameplay... that might tick you off and have you rage quit after watching your character's head explode for the 56th time in the last hour.

-Lonesome Road: if you want a bit of a linear shooter, with unrelenting good action... yet some monotone gravely voiced dude not shut the fuck up through out the entire DLC, talking in metaphors hidden in riddles spoken in quasi English (the fuckers voice is so gravely and monotone, I could barely understand him).

Honestly... I liked Dead Money the most, then Lonesome Road. But good luck with the head pewy-up thingy and the Riddler doing a impersonation of Henry Kissenger with a soar throat while gargarling rocksalt.

I really liked Dead Money, I have seen someone finish it without too much difficulty at level 1 so a level 10 should be ok. Speech is an amazing skill and I have to max it first no matter what character I go for. It's an addiction I swear.

I didn't play any other DLC for New Vegas unfortunately, I was out of money at the time so the other four or five extra quests got kinda ignored DX

I know Dead Money probably would be more enjoyable at a higher level so do some others first, Dead Money has to be one of my favourite DLC bonus missions/quests for any game I have played. Speaking of extra quests, has anyone played the Omega DLC for ME3? Is it worth buying? Should I wait for a sale? Does Aria actually prove her worth as God-Emperor of Omega?

I don't remember the names of DLC, but still:
1. One about lost casino, then
2. Where you travel with caravan to meet a certain tribe
3. One where you are stuck in a research facility
4. Lonesome road.

If you do anything do Lonesome Road last. The order I usually do the DLCs in is like this

Honest Hearts
Dead Money
Old World Blues
Lonesome Road

This is pretty much the order of ascending difficulty, too, Dead Money and Old World Blues being sortof interchangeable.
In DM, the Ghost People, traps, fucking sensor things, (some of which can't be destroyed and pretty much require you to noodle out their locations through trail and error) some more traps, and death clouds might all be manageable... If they didn't steal all your gear at the very start of the campaign, with no way to get back to the Mojave until it's over. I think it advises you be 15-20 or so, but that might be a bit low, really.
In OWB, there are quite a few enemies that would probably incinerate a lvl 10 courier, at least if not prepared, but at least you get to keep all the stimpacks, weapons, ammo, etc. you brought to the satellite.

Lonesome Road is mainly full of very tough enemies with no qualms about pelting you and their nearby teammates with rockets, though it's the only DLC adventure in which you're allowed to stop, turn back, and resupply.
