Fallout: New Vegas

yes, I am pretty sure this thread is out there somwhere, but I can't find it so put a sock in it!

What do you think about the game? neigther Obsidian or Bethesda has given out any information yet, and thus I am scared it migth be delayed. but will the game itself be any good? are you looking forward to it? What do you hope will happen? I myself hope they will add the gambling skill from fallout 1 and 2 again. ^^

lets talk postapocalyptic simulation, folks!

Yeah, pretty excited for it. Will it be delayed? Probably, but that's never a huge issue for me. Games are delayed for a reason - there is nothing worse then getting an under developed or under tested game.

My only concerns will be echoing the concerns of others with the whole issue of Bethesda not developing this one. However, Obsidian did a really good job with KOTOR II (at least I thought so - I've never played the first one) so they have a track record of doing pretty well don't they?

As far as the actual game goes, well it's way too early to tell. As you said, no information has been given out so any prediction of its quality would be guess work.

If you liked KOTOR II, play the first one, it was the best really.

I disagree, I liked the second one much better right up until the plot fell off the cliff on the final planet.

So, yeah...I would rather have delays and a late game than something like that again.

I'm more excited about a new Fallout game than I am Modern Warfare 2, Assasin's Creed 2, and Bioshock 2 put together.

Only TES5 comes close to how much I want a new Fallout in my life.

I really have exhausted the Capital Wasteland. Approaching 300 hours or so.

Every Bobblehad, Special Weapon, Every Skill 100, every DLC, every map location unlocked (even Vault 87 overground, YES it's possible) and every quest finished numerous ways and times.

It's time for new pastures to wander.
