Good evening everyone.

A while back there was a news post about a trailer for a Fallout fan film entitled Fallout: Nuka Break. It perked my interest for a couple of reasons, the biggest of which being the screenwriter for the project was Brian Clevinger. For those of you who don't know, Brian is the guy behind 8-Bit Theater, one of my favorite webcomics of all time.

Anyway, Nuka Break came out today:

So what do you guys think? I personally really enjoy both the effects and the snappy sense of humor. It fits very well with the overall tone of the Fallout franchise.

Love it? Hate it? Completely indifferent?

It was better then I expected, the effects were really good and the items were made well and actually looked like what they do in the game.

One problem though is that they said Vault 69 had 100,000 people, however, it only had 1000 people. It was also nice to see that they consulted Chris Avellone.

And here I was thinking that they mentioned Vault 69 as a one-shot gag. Goes to show how much I know about the Fallout universe.

On a related note: Be it 999 women or 999,999 women, that guy is still in for a case of death by snoo-snoo.

Pretty friggin' sweet, and accurate enough. Did a bit too much crossing over with FO3 and New Vegas though, can't see Enclave Eyebots broadcasting Eden outside the capital wasteland.

Clevinger's humour is good as always.

simply astounding...

I liked how they gave some examples of different experiments done in the vaults.

That was actually pretty good, it would have been cool to see a web series made out of this.
