Fallout NV platnium chip

While going through my Fallout New Vegas collectors edition, I took out the lucky 38 platinum poker chip. I noticed something on the middle of it. It was a morose code set of numbers. It looks like a code of some sort, but I for the life of me, can't figure out what.
Any ideas escapists?
EDIT: also I just noticed that on the wheel of numbers on the outer part of the chip has a point in two different numbers on the wheel. Just something I thought I'd throw in there.

Could you perhaps post them? Otherwise those of us who don't have the collectors edition will be completely stumped as we can't imagine it out of thin air.

I think you meant Morse Code. Unless the chip has a gloomy disposition. IDK.

Although the chip has seemed kind of down, thank you for the correction.
Anyway, I'll post a picture when I can, but right now it finished downloading so...
