A list of known names has been released and a description of each actors part.
To save some time here i will just copy and paste
Matthew Perry's character, Benny, is the head of the Geckos family. A smooth-talking criminal but also a bit of a weasel, Benny may sound dangerous, but isn't that tough. Ultimately he's more of a ruthless pragmatist than a villain.

Zachary Levi's playable character Arcade is a member of the Followers of the Apocalypse who hides a mysterious past. He's described as quiet, analytical, and cautious. Highly ethical and moral, he understands the post-apocalyptic world is one in which sometimes, people just have to be shot in the head. HE is more concerned with large-scale issues than the needs of individuals. He may appreciate what individual people go through, but firmly believes that it's more important to affect large-scale societal change than to fix problems little by little.

Another newcomer who will be familiar to video gamers is Felicia Day (The Guild), who voices the playable character Veronica, a sarcastic Brotherhood of Steel scribe.

A third playable companion is Raul the Ghoul, a mechanic and former gunslinger voiced by Danny Trejo (From Dusk Till Dawn).

Ron Perlman (Hellboy) returns to voice the narrator in Fallout: New Vegas, a role he has played in every major Fallout game to date.

Actor and singer/songwriter Kris Kristofferson (The Blade Trilogy) plays Chief Hanlon, a grizzled solider at the end of his career.

Rene Auberjonois (Boston Legal, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) is the enigmatic and reclusive Mr. House.

Michael Dorn (Star Trek:The Next Generation) returns as Marcus, an intelligent super-mutant, last seen in 1998's Fallout 2.

John Doman (Mystic River, The Wire) plays Caesar, the charismatic and powerful dictator at the head of Caesar's Legion.

William Sadler (The Shawshank Redemption) is Victor, a friendly robot with the personality of an old fashioned cowboy.

Is that a good cast?
Who do you look more forward to meeting in the game.

Sweet! Matthew Perry and Ron Perlman. I can't wait for October. I want to meet Benny the most.

Damn them. I wasn't going to get this as not a big fan of Fallout 3, but I really love some of those actors (especially Rene Auberjonois. Only watched Boston Legal after finding out he was a main character)

Haha Mathew Perry, good to see he's in it.
Do you remember when he was on talk shows and talked about his addiction to Fallout 3. They asked him if he was involved in it and he just replied, no, it was just a very good game.

This sounds more amusing already. I like Fallout 3 but it didn't have the same dark humour. This one looks more promising with a good cast.

Yay for Marcus!

Marcus the Mutant is coming back---with I Am Weasel! as his voice actor once again. I hope they settle the matter of what he's been up to since 2241, since Fallout Bible 6 says he wandered eastward to seek survivors and fellow intelligent Super Mutants.

Ron Perlman is such a legend. I heard that nukes never hit New Vegas in fear his chin would rebound them.

Bethesda's in-house team better be taking notes. That's pretty much the only weak-spot they have to work on. Besides animations, but who needs those, ahem.

Sounds great, Matthew Perry is one of the last people I would expect to see voicing a Video Game. An interesting surprise regardless.

Hopefully they don't kill them all off.

He was on a talk show (i think mentioned above) where he simply exclaimed his love for the fallout series. So i'm guessing he must game.

ZACHARY LEVI FTW! Also Matthew Perry. What has he done of any significance since Friends? Except Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, which I never got to watch.

Ron Perlman is amazing, and I WANT A NEW HELLBOY SOON DAMNSIT!

Good to see the return of Marcus as if any Fallout game should tie back to it's west coast roots, it's certainly this one!
Rene Auberjonois is also a very good actor as I've seen him in Frasier too, so it definitely looks like we're getting the usual A list of actors in again. Lets just hope they don't appear once and drop off the face of the earth akin to what Liam Neeson did in Fallout 3

Wow! And these are just their star voices! I hope they have a varied supporting cast as well.

I like too many of these people to pick just one. But I am pretty excited to hear Micheal Dorn and Rene Auberjonois. Particularly since Dorn marks the return of an old character.

Summer is almost over! Woo! Can't wait!

Hey now, Liam Neeson appeared TWICE and then dropped off the face of the earth. Once in Vault 101, once in Vault 112 (thence to his off-the-face status.)

*chuckles* Yeah ok lets not split heirs and break out a spoiler, that and his "datatape collection" too if you count that too
