My apologies to those who think this is a horrible idea, but I'm pretty bored at the moment, and none of the existing Fallout RP threads have actually started.
This shall take place in Ohio, for it is the state I know best. The major landmarks are: Springboro, a town filled with Feral Ghouls from when the bombs fell. Underneath one of the largest schools in Ohio, contained within this small town, is a vault that my character takes residence in, but the vault has one available access point, a hatch set into the demolished wing of the school.
Dayton, the town where the Enclave, and the Brotherhood of Steel battle for the city. The Brotherhood has a base out toward the outskirts, where as the entire town has become the Enclave's base. This area will prove rather Dangerous, and is best avoided if one wishes not to be caught in the crossfire.
Makenhai Springs, a settlement for ghouls that took direct hits from many nukes, as Springboro had. These ghouls are rather cautious, and let few inside their setup.
Better description of these areas will be added when area is reached.
This takes place approximately 57 years after the bombs fell.
For this reason, there is a new type of Feral ghoul that will be seen mainly in Springboro, and in some remains, as well as random encounters in the once beautiful forests.
The new Feral Ghoul: Feral Loyalist - A past soldier of the U.S. military in the remains of the T51-b power armor, an armor made standard to all troopers just before the bombs dropped. The armor the ghouls wear is no long functional because of the state of disrepair, with several plates missing, or broken. The armor is rusted, but is still painted a greenish color.
With that out of the way, I shall begin.

Clementine, a medical expert and scientist, sat down in front of his terminal down in the vault below Farlington Elementary. He had blocked off multiple sections of the vault because of the collapse of pipes containing toxic gasses, and because of heavy radiation. The doors were sealed, and could only be opened from his terminal. Clementine still had access to the reactor level, but there was honestly nothing to mess with down there.
The scientist heard an alarm go off, meaning something was in the proximity of his hatch to the surface. Clementine typed in the password to his terminal, and typed in: Show Camera footage. The terminal lit up with live footage from a camera he managed to salvage. He looked on the screen, seeing the words scroll across the screen. The terminal was assessing what was there for him.

Clementine was no longer alarmed, and typed "Disable alarm", and his section of the vault went quiet. The walls were illuminated by the blue lights over head again, instead of the Orange strobe lights.
"What a day. Ten close calls with that Feral Loyalist..." Clementine muttered to himself as he continued his work.
