Well in a Fallout Mass Effect fic that I'm working on, I'm planning on putting in hyper aggressive mutants with four arms and charging tactics. They're like Super Mutants expect instead of Humans being dipped in FEV it's...ah ah ah, that would be a spoiler.

I've beaten you to it with the so-called 'Duper Mutants', prototypes of a madman's experiments to unlock the Behemoth gene.

A giant, irradiated snake in the water, and the player has to cross the body of water that it's in. It'll scare the fuck out of the players and, depending on execution, may be one of the most memorable sequences of the entire series.

Complete irradiation-free animal. Lions! Or tigers. And they would eat/hunt solo deathclaws and irradiated bears.

They come from a vault that developed a vaccine for radiation resistant gene implants and tested it on animals in a zoo-like-vault.
Said vaccine doesn't work on humans but can turn zombies into people-zombies.

Giant spiders, including one that you can tame and have as a follower. I'd definitely buy Fallout 4 if it had that, even if it was developed by Bethesda. I'm willing to endure any amount of bad writing and lack of choice just to have a pet spider.

Also, bats. Giant, irradiated bats.

Maybe a large, behemoth like, bipedal centaur with its torso and 'head' composed of several human beings?
Resurrect the Wannamingo?

As they are, a wolverine would do its damnedest to rend you limb from limb. Now lets make them more powerful via radiation magic.

Birds. You could get swarmed just like those things from Morowind.

Although for some reason I want to see a giant mutant clam, hard as hell to kill, but not too mobile. Maybe it will get a range attack were it shoots fast growing toxic blubs from inside its shell.

From what I read, road runners prey upon tarantula hawks, Dr. Borous from Old World Blues spliced the DNA of the latter and ended up creating the cazador.

It would be kinda interesting to see what a mutated version of a road runner would look like, and if it would even stand a chance against a cazador.

Yup, but as I said a man can dream. Honestly since Cazadors are based on oversized tarantula hawk wasps, and they are only prayed on as you said roadrunners, the mutant roadrunners would probable have to get to the size of smaller deathclaws. Given their nice speedy strides for a small bird in real life they would be a force to reckon with if mutanted to the appropriate size...though if made a passive creature that would hunt down cazadors, or maybe even in the next fallout you have a hand in making them to face a cazador problem it may work.


....still rather have giant spiders eat em though, for the irony at the very least (I support mutant spider over mutant wasp in video games).

Other than the fish men/crab men we havent seen much done with fish and sharks how about them? one of my all time fave mods for morrowind was the shark mod.

Mutated kangaroos that spawn smaller ones by ripping them out of their pouches
and Cthulhu (i think that how you spell it) that rises from the oceans, and just looking at it cripples your head

Then again, they wouldn't be too "epic". So I'm voting giant squid.

But we already have Radroaches.

If it was set in Louisiana/Florida (or, y'know, Point Lookout), I would like to see alligators, I know it's kind of been done with geckos in the desert...

I'd like to see more birds, I know there's a few flocks of crows in New Vegas, but I think they're just a graphic, rather than anything interactive.

Oh, what would be awesome as just a one-time quest area - a ZOO!

But maybe that'd be too ridiculous, even for Fallout.

Am sure on the Fallout nexus theres a mod for a mission like that.
Never played the mod but i remember reading you bump into a guy and he ask for help as his zoo as some animals had escaped. He also had a woman caged up that this guy was convinced she was a talking radroach or somthing.

So are they making a new Fallout game then. I would like to see some sort of over sized plant that hunts humans.
I hope they take out those wolfs with a rattle snake head I hated the noise those things made
