Famous "Ryan's" in gaming.

Not even famous. Just name any Ryan's in games. Mabye I am overreating because My name is Ryan, but I still find it weird how the only charecter famous enought to be recognizable is Andrew Ryan from bioshock and thats it. The only other Ryan in games I know is that loon in fallout 3 that breeds the mole rats in the metro stations..... look it up.

Do you prefer normal names in games, or far out names like Cloud.

And just for the Ryans out their, can anybody name another Ryan in games? I challenge you to name three. Good luck.

I prefer the far-out names. It suits games like Final Fantasy. I'd get bored if everyone was called Steve, Zoe, Sandy, Mike etc.

Depends what kind of game. For a JRPG kind of thing, I prefer the weird names. It just fits.

For an FPS, I would prefer a normal name. When they go with weird ones it just feels strange. Yes, although I love you, I am looking at you CoD4.

Funny story about Pvt.Ryan.

First time I played Waw story, was with freinds. We were heading up the stairs and I was like "OMG WE R LEIK BRO's!!11" and saved him from the burning man. I then swore I would get him through this in a big dramatic but funny speach. Befor I could finish saying "Lets go buddy" He gets shot in the head I just die of laughter while all my freinds are just staring at me.
