Best known to us all as Rorschach in the Watchmen, Jackie Earle Haley has been cast to play Freddy Kreuger in the remake of Wes Cravens classic slasher flick. I think he is a good choice for the role, and realized after seeing the main pic on his IMDB page that he should be the only person to play Spider Jeruselem if there is ever to be a movie adaptation of Transmetropolitan.
Not that there is such a thing in the works, simply that Haley is the only person who should do it. Which begs the question:
