If they made mountains climbable and cars faster it would have been better.

And don't tell me it doesn't get old really quick when you take a mission then ride for 5-15min kill a truck, a man or a power generator then ride 5-15min back for new mission and repeat that for x times, till you get one or two odd missions where you have to escort.
Oh, definitely, BUT - it's our job to make it interesting for ourselves, play it the way you want it. The mission structure sucks but we have to make it not suck. Heck that's my main gripe with the game, the missions structure sucks - but the gameplay in general, I love it.
I shouldn't be forced to find ways to entertain myself in a game, and killing outposts gets pretty old after 100th time. Biggest annoyance still is very slow cars why does the speedometer show 70 when it feels and shows on map that i am moving slightly faster then sprinting.

I found Far Cry 2 extremly boring you are always boxed in between two mountains, or in the desert. And when you looked at one desert you looked at them all. Missions are placed just to push more time out of the game. Being at furthest opposite side from you, so you have to drive and then take the bus and it still takes like 15min to get there and then you spend same amount of time going back for new missions. All enemy's have thermal sensors and optic vision after they spotted you they will shoot you no matter where you hide. Respawning camps were a terrible idea. The cars are painfully slow.
And the game just feels extremly slow, dull and closed environment compared to speed and action of Crysis, Crysis Warhead for instance.
I was playing FARCRY 2 over the weekend and my conclusion is simple: THIS GAME IS RETARDED, gameplay is RETARDED, using weapon is RETARDED, enemys are anoying. Game has so many bug and gliches that at some times I felt like playing beta version or something. I've killed one guy with the pistol (it took whole clip to take him down) and body was magicaly levitating 5ft above the surface of the road. Other time after finishing some mission given at cell tower, all objects, droped weapons, pices of wood and metal even bodies were rolling due north (wtf??). Enemys are standing in the air.

There is no war in that game just everyone want to kill YOU.

You have one RETARD buddy which can help you when you get killed and the he needs your help like 20 times.

Traveling around take so much time (80h of gameplay - 72h traveling 4h loading and 4h actual gameplay).

And those respawing guard posts (like in very old video games were mobs respawn when you left the map and enter it again)

Side missions for arms dealer always happen on the corners so you will have close from the bus (wtf??)

Lack of balance in weapons. Shooting model reminds me the one from Time Shift. One shot enemy is leaning back, second shot enemy is geting cripeled/falls on the ground, third and fourth he dies (exeption with sniper rifle and head shots)

And the biggest dissapointment is multiplayer. Very small maps. No co-op. Imbalance of weapons escalates even more. Obviusly no headshots take into the accound for some guns. (shot one guy in head with two bursts 2-shot and 3-shot and he was still alive, the other one was shot by me with SVD in chest 5 times and survived).

Except of a very good graphics there is noting that will convice me to buy that game, thanks GOD I've rented it.

There's two types of games, linear and scripted, and non-linear and open-ended. You're not really "forced" to do anything in this game, it's your playground and you do what you want.

If it's open world game i should be able to wipe out its population if i tried, and biggest problem is how slow the gameplay feels and it can't be saved by being open world. I am talking from my experience in Far Cry 2

I only know of like, 3 open world games where I can actually wipe out the population, and even in those the people just respawn.

Only series I know of where no one "respawns" after destroying everything is Fallout.
