Far Cry 2 Malaria??

Does anyone know where you get more Malaria medicine in Far Cry 2?
Also what do you think about it, I think it's mostly annoying.

Sure it's realistic if you are in Africa, but that game is hard enough without a gimmick like that. It really stinks to be hit with a maliaria fit when you are getting hammered with bullets or when you are trying to swim or sneak up on someone. They should have made the malaria thing optional, like a difficulty setting. That way those of us who have a hard time playing the game don't get gimped by it.

and just so you know if your using a silenced pistol or the MP-5 the bad guys can still hear you if you fire the weapons close enough.

Played on hardest difficulty game still wasn't as hard as easy stalker. And malaria is a joke pop a pill thats it.
