Far Cry 2 map contest.

Am I the only one who sees this contest as a bit off?

So someone who has a good PC who can run Far Cry 2 and it's level editor well enough to allow the person to make a very high quality map will enter this contest and get a somewhat better PC as a prize.

Those who could actually use a better PC can't run Far Cry 2 to begin with, thus aren't eligible for the prize. It's like having a nice apple contest where the prize is a slightly nicer apple. The only problem is that that guy from Congo is really pissed because he wants an apple, but doesn't have an apple to enter the contest, all he has are nice bananas.

You do realise the editor works on the 360 and Ps3 too, right?

I'm surprised, but I digress, I highly doubt a single map in the contest will be made on the 360, or PS3. MAYBE the PS3 because it has native mouse and keyboard support.

I think you underestimate the Xbox 360 and the people who use it, greatly.

This is a map of mine, and It's amazing. ON XBOX 360. Go look it up on the community maps thing.

If the video quality doesn't look "PC holy perfect" then it's mainly because I used a video camera to film off of my tv. It's not bad, but I just didn't have a capture card at the time.
