What Game do you think has the fastest "Game Over" Were talking from getting control to losing control so multi live games wouldn't work well. Also No Rom Hacks (SM Frustration for instance)

My Fastest is "Backtrack" for Gameboy Advance

My timing is 0.70 Seconds and all I did was hold down at the start of the game

(I Made this video with my PSP as my other half was playing the DSLite)

Got Faster? Please mention it :)

(Ashens has does this in a video but I wanted to see what the escapist could find xD )

Cool vid but its multi life based so you would have to loose all your lives for a game over

Well, not even close to those already mentioned, but the first Golden Sun game. After the first dungeon, you're given the choice of accepting the quest or refusing (ironically, this is the only time any yes/no choice affects the game at all). If you refuse, you get a short message that basically says that because of that, the world gets destroyed, game over.

I only posted this because it's not due to cheap game mechanics or a glitch.

Paper Mario has something like that too at the start if I remember right

On Metal Gear Solid 3 you can walk off the cliff right behind you right at the begining of the game and die

Super Mario Bros. 1 when my mother tried to play it in 1989. Death by first goomba because mom first jumped too soon and hit the front of it, then didn't jump in time and it walked into her, then jumped over it but somehow managed to push the D-pad to the left and hit it from the back.

Three lives over. Total elapsed time: A minute at most.

Beginning of MGS3, roll forwards and you'll fall right off a cliff to your death.

Not sure how quick that can be done in but at least it isn't some super-obscure game.

or in the alternet movie he overshoots the cliff and falls off.

Another world. Your first death will come when you still think it's the intro video.

The first time I played through I picked "no" here expecting to get chastised or something funny to happen. I guess giving me the game over was pretty funny in its own way.
