Of course not all animal fat is nice, a overly fatty piece of meat, undercooked fat or an overly greasy meal can be quite disgusting, but nice fat is nice.

Bacon on Bacon as an obvious one..any fast food is a great little 'guilty' pleasure. Im not sure how fattening popcorn is but I do eat a lot of it, best snack ever.

I'm gonna be different and argue for mac n cheese. I prefer to take the time and do a homemade cheese sauce then bake it, but every once in awhile all you want is the Kraft Blue Box mac n cheese. Almost always with hot dogs.

I've just been wanting to get into a much more healthier style of eating, but so far I'm just trying to get through insane amounts of extreme veggie diets that I just can't understand. DX

For the healthiest and tastiest, real and down-to-earth 'french' fries, do as all the smart and real folks did and cook your fries in beef tallow. Crispest, tastiest, healthiest fries there are.
