Favorite Achievement (Moving from off-topic)

If you were to choose one achievement that you have earned from any game to be your favorite achievement, what would it be and why? This could be anything from one of the easiest achievements, but with an awesome name, or something that challenged you to tears and when you finally finished it, you felt like a God.

Personally I am most proud of my "Little Rocket Man" achievement from Half Life 2: Episode 2. There was something about seeing that gnomes smiling face after a brutal firefight that cheered me up, yet it was also one of the most infuriating things i have ever done, keeping that gnome in that car was a mission.

Since I'm not a 360 gamer and since a lot of my Steam games don't have Steamworks or achievements enabled, this makes the pickings a bit slim.

That said, "I'm on a Boat!" (embark a unit in Civ5) has the best name of any achievements I've earned. Look at your man, now BACK TO ME.

I think it was probably referencing the Lonely Island song. The Old Spice thing is "I'm on a horse!"
Aaaaaaaanyway, I liked the achievement for gaining Garrus' loyalty in Mass Effect 2. Why? Because I just made the most badass fucking turian around loyal to me, suck it down, BIATCH

Maybe the achievement in Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts for dropping a cow into a volcano.
Becuase it's completely unneeded, yet fun and rewarding.

I change my answer to "Say Hello to My Little Friend", for becoming allies with a city-state.
