It's a toss up between the psychotic bisexual rapist nerd Konata Izumi from Lucky Star and the psychotic dark magic using witch Yuko from xxxHOLiC.
Tsunayoshi Sawada from Hitman Reborn. He is completely scared and hates to fight but when he does he Like a completely different person. He's also scared of a hologram pointing a gun at him. For pic look at my avatar. Hes the guy with brown hair. Everyone at the beginning sees him as a fail and won't succeed at life. By the end hes respected and seems like a completely different person.

This, Accelerator's abilty is one of the most powerful and creative anime powers I've ever seen. Plus he has some great character development. An awesome character in an equally awesome show.ConstantErasing said:
