Nene,Blue dragon was a decent game but the maine bad guy was a real bastard.I cannot think of the best villain right now maybe richter from tales of symphonia dawn of a new world or the bad guy from Persona 4, or dracula the castlevania games, they may have bad scripts but dracula is still badass

why do I always identify more with the villian?

Most of the bad guys in Bleach are cool.
