favorite Borderland weapon type?

I've been playing Borderlands for a while, and I only get to play by myself. so I was wondering out of all the weapon types (snipers, shotguns, etc.) which is your favorite and who is your favorite character. my favorite is combat rifles with Roland...that is probably my best combo

I fucking love the shotgun-like Revolvers, I've got one with regenerating ammo at the moment. Brick's fists are badass as well. Brick is also my favorite character.

SMGs all the way. I can cause significant harm with 100 damage. I can cause more harm if it has 4x lightning. And I destroy everything because it has a 13 firing rate, high accuracy, and 80 shots per clip.

Revolvers. I have a level 24 "give sick" revolver that regens ammo, 380 damage 4x acid. Bitchin.

I use Siren most as a class and I like SMGs most then probably combat rifles as weapons.

Pistols (both types) and shotguns. There's something intensely satisfying about the "thump" of a shotgun followed by the screaming as whatever I shot is set on fire.

And revolvers are just cool.

snipers or revolvers with the hunter. with a lvl 20 and a lvl 13 revolver i was able to duel and win against a lvl 40 siren. but it is a beast revolver xD and snipers do tons of damage and are super easy to get crits with, plus the bloodhawk can be rape if you have the right mods and use him at the right time.

I like the soldier class with long shooting revolvers and long shooting shotguns. I accidently sold my 70% accuracy with scope shotgun that did significant damage but i still have my revolver. The revolver only has two shots but for most enemies it only take one, for badass types two-four.

I like snipers and machine guns as Mordecai. The incredible bonuses to accuracy that Mord gets makes machine guns pretty owna. And the snipers are self-explanatory with Mord...

soldier with ammo regen and magazine bonus... using an S & S Munitions elemental repeater pistol.

For example... I have a 117 damage repeater pistol with 3x corrosive damage... and with my soldier's bonuses I have ammo regen and a 96 round clip. This thing just eats crimson lance soldiers for breakfast.
