Can't think of any lizardmen from any game, but I personally love killing the grunts from Halo, especially with "Grunt Birthday Party" skull turned on.

Zelda, Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I wasn't saying the don't exist, I just wasn't aware of any. But thanks for the info.
