There are a lot of types of brie out there, can you be more specific? I used to like a lot of different brie or moldier cheeses but oddly since I developed my onion allergy I cannot take the taste of em.Jackstick said:Everyone loves cheese. Unless you suck at digesting lactose.

White with orange rind muenster is my favorite! Indecently do you know why the rub orange all around it? I just want to know. Personally though I just keep a huge block or cheddar in the fridge for cost reasons. If it gets too old it turns from sharp cheddar to sharper. Oddly enough an American born cheese that has little to do with the French muenster cheese, but it's still one of the best white cheeses I've yet had.
