I don't have a favorite Stand-Up Comic, but there are many I like.... Bill Maher, Lewis Black, Gabriel Iglesias, there are shitloads but I suck at remembering people's names.

Hard to pin this down to just one. Depends on the style, for similar sense of humour to me it has to be Bill Bailey. For invetiveness Jim Tavare. But for straight one liners it's Tim Vine.
