I'll just post three off the top of my head that I enjoy.

Close to the Edge, by Yes
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, by David Bowie
Tubular Bells III, by Mike Oldfield

And pretty much anything by The Alan Parsons Project.
I also feel like I should mention Rush and Genesis... And I could keep going on and on like this, and about how awesome concept albums are, but I guess I'll leave it at that.

Thrice - Alchemy Index

Awesome concept, fully realized and a ton of variety split between 4 EP's.

I dunno what would be considered a concept album, but Colors by Between the Buried and Me would feel pretty close to one. It also happens to be my favourite album. Though their next one, The Great Misdirect rates pretty highly too.
One of my favourite albums. I don't think it's a concept album, though I can definitely see why you would think it is.

The Wizard of Oz version of "Dark Side of the Moon"
Opeth's "My Arms, Your Hearse" and "Still Life"
Blind Guardian's....well, every album almost counts in some regards
Iced Earth's "The Dark Saga" and "Night of the Stormrider"
Demons and Wizards "Touched by the Crimson King" (The Dark Tower series by Stephen King)
Bathory's "Blood on Ice"
Rush's "Moving Pictures"

Well, we've already got my favourite DT album, my favourite Blind Guardian album, and great stuff from NIN, Opeth, Tool, Rush and Coheed. But no one's mentioned one of my favourite concept albums of all time: Queensryche's "Operation: Mindcrime".

Oh, also Iron Maiden's Seventh Son of a Seventh Son and Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Beethoven's Last Night.

I'm sad no one has mentioned "Razia's Shadow" by Forgive Durden.

It sits comfortably as my 5th favorite album ever. Wiki it. Its some great music (and is actually getting a Broadway rendition).

I completely forgot:

I love Mastodon's Albums:

Leviathan
Blood Mountain
Crack the Skye

Fantastic and one of the few metal groups I listen to with much regularity.

I'm not sure if this counts as a concept album or not (I'm pretty sure it is) but I absolutely love the recently released "Warm Blooded Lizard" by nym.

Instrumental Hip-Hop and spaghetti western themes? Hell yes.

I know albums that are centered around a concept or very closely connected to one another, but aren't necessarily telling stories. Those include some of my favorites too...

Well, how about Crack the Skye (by Mastodon)? That's a pretty damn good one.

TOOL: LATERALUS

... I think that's a concept album, right?
I don't know... its definately Prog but I am not sure if it is a concept album like 10,000 days is - could be that I just don't realise what the concept behind it is. If someone could shed some light on this I would be eager to know.
I guess my memory needs work. I considered saying 10,000 Days, but its not quite seamless. Now that I look at the songlist of LAterALus I have second thoughts about it too. Thoughts that evaporate when I hear "Spire of love, keep going!" and feel that the whole album has led to that point.
