I know many of you guys here are Veterans of Gaming, and must know the Dungeons and Dragons Licensed games like Baldurs Gate, Temple of Elemental Evil, Demon Stones, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale, Eye of the Beholder and many more. I, myself have played some D&D games, those made by Interplay/Bioware DnD games. So. If you know those games, What game do you enjoy playing most and your Personal Favorite?

Mines.. Uh.. Baldurs Gate and Neverwinter Nights.

My favorite would have to be Dungeons and Dragons
I have a regular group that plays D&D 3.5. That's my favorite game "based on" Dungeons and Dragons
Lol, I changed the Title of the Topic. If you got a Favorite D&D PC game. well, what is it.

I dont like the 4th edition ruleset btw.

I don't care for 4e either. The game holds your hand too much. It practically hands you a character to play.

Personally, I don't play PC games much. Did play a little Balder's Gate and Neverwinter Nights. Planescape Torment is a VERY good one too.

Neverwinter Nights will be my favorite of them all. Those memories of me and my friends on my own world. XD

Well as the full package it would be Baldur's Gate 2 plus ToB, they got the story, the characters, the cool loot and the combat down.

Now Planescape Torment is better or rather more unique story wise, but the UI was pretty horrid and the combat wasn't really there.
Meanwhile NWN and Icewind Dale can match BG on combat, but their stories aren't something you remember, only thing I really remember is I stopped playing them due to the lacking stories.

Good thing Planescape Torment has a HQ UI Patch. But still. TBH i thought of the patch didn't do anything. but i know in fact that Planescape torment is one hell of a game.

Baldurs Gate. When it comes to the tabletop it has to be 4e. As a game it is in a different galaxy to 3.5 and while it has some limitations as regards narrative driven combat 3.5 is no better at all.

Even the 4th edition on Tabletop is not appealing to me TBH. I enjoy more on the 3rd edition side.

While the other games I like are already mentioned. I did quite like Eye of the Beholder 3. It was definately the best of that layout. Also D&D Unlimited Adventures was quite fun as well, since you could setup your own adventure very easily.

If KOTOR can be considered as a DnD clone game. I would add that to my best DnD games ever. Since it was has the same gameplay mechanics of DnD.

I enjoyed the Neverwinter Nights games more than any other, because I knew the ruleset used for the mechanics.

ToEE would be a module I'd play on Tabletop only, and even then if my dice behaved themselves....
