My favorite is the Mr. Handy in Fallout 3 that recites "There Will Come Soft Rains." It's fucking haunting.

Dragon Age if you have the wardens keep DLC you can get a random encounter that screams "superman". you find a crater with a meteor in it, a man talks to his wife about how the buy is still alive after that.

There were two in Dragon Age I loved.
The first was during one of the riddle challenges. Question: The smallest lark might carry it, but the greatest man might not. Possible answer: A coconut.
Second was when you were in Denerim rescuing Loghain's daughter, one of the possible dialog options when she's in disguise is "Aren't you a little short for a guard?" Cookie for reference on that one.

You forgot about the fork of something. And the Cubone cave and Weepingbell Hall. And the note that says something about pikachu.

Mine would prolly be the "I'm on a Boat" secret achivement in Borderlands. I never thought I'd get it.
Oh and then there was that one in spiderman for the psone, where if you typed in a bad word spidey would jump down and punch it into something like "rainbow".

I found this last week: In FF X-2 (don't kill me for playing it and liking it)near the end if you go to the abyss through every entrance, then Shinra will comment on the high energy levels down there (due to the number of souls down there) and say that if that could be harnessed, it could be used as an energy supply... which is basically what the Shinra Company in FFVII does, as it uses the lifestream to create energy.

My favorite has to be the Papapishu bush in Curse of Monkey Island. If you read the plaque on the thorn bush, every instance of "ouch!" or "Ow!" throughout the game would be changed to "Papapishu!"
