Please don't kill me for this.

What is your favorite "favorite" thread?

I want something entertaining to read, and I thought this might help me waste some time.

Oh I see, fixed it now. I thought he was just showing how much of a favourite the thread has to be.

That was probably one of the better takeovers I have seen.

The longest derailment I've ever seen went on for about four pages, and was utter nonsense.

Vrex's mind suddenly caved in from sheer confusion and had to be rushed to a nearby hospital where he recovered slwoly overtime unable to cope with the mass hysteria and panic brought on from the confusion he recieved from this thread. However he realised that the only way to recover was to face it, so he left the hospital and boldly travelled downwards towards the thread. He was determined to win, he didn't care what the naysayers would say:
"Vrex, hah your a joke, your very name is just a parody of a dinosaur's name!"
Vrex ignored the insults and entered the thread, the room was silent for a while before he took the stand. It was uncomfortably silent for a very, very long time.
Finally he said:

My favourite character thread is the best favourite thread in my own opinion.

Then Vrex left confident that he had overcome his fears.

END SCENE.

I don't think your life is in any danger at this point, but I was thinking...

If "favorite" threads are fail, what does that make this one?

Sorry, I just couldn't resist.

This reminds me of a quote from Dilbert's boss: "I want a hard copy of the internet on my desk by tomorrow."

What is your favourite category of Elements? [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.116263?page=1]

Mainly because it's Chemistry. And Chemistry is cool.

Well, if enough people copy this thread, you will get favorite favorite favorite threads, which will then spawn a favorite favorite favorie favorite thread, just for fun. Then the universe will colapse from a massive "fail hole", which is like a black hole, but sucks up win instead of light. With no win, there is nothing stopping the universe from failing, so it will do a failboat barrel roll and god will facepalm because now he has to start over.

The fail hole is quite possible, but maybe not. Lets see if I understand this correctly.

fav thread = fail = -win
(fav thread)(fav thread) = (fail)(fail) = (-win)(-win) = win sq.
(fav thread)(fav thread)(fav thread) = (fail)(fail)(fail) = (-win)(-win)(-win) = -win cubed

I think what's happening is that fav threads about fav threads alternately fail and win, with the magnitude of failure and winningness growing exponentially with replication. This may end up being like House of Cosby, where every 10th Cosby is a good or bad Super Cosby. The key to neutralizing one of the fail threads is simply to create another and hope that nobody makes any more.

By this logic, this thread is win.

Why, thank you.

I need to create a new field of science dedicated to figuring out how the internet interacts with the regular universe.
