Asuka Kazama was always my character of choice in Tekken 5. Her fighting style was fast, direct and aggressive. On top of that most people completely underestimated her as a character, so it was always fun to see the looks on people's faces after they had just lost...

Character wise, it would have to be Guan Yu from Dynasty Warriors, because he a legendary God of war and he has a beautiful beard.
