I always liked Siegfried/Nightmare from SoulCalibur. Their playstyle is just too fun for me. ^_^

The Lizardman from Soul Calibur because he just looks so cool and he really stands out from the rest, plus he's a close range brawler which is usually my preferred fighting style so we have something in common.

Admittedly this isn't 'my' lizardman but rather the default 'alternate outfit lizardman'.

I've always liked Scorpion from the Mortal Kombat series. HE just looked so cool, and his signature spear throw was totally bad-ass. And once I learned how to semi-effectively use Scorpion I went from liking him to loving him. Just about any time that I play a MK game I choose Scorpion.

Snake from SSBB, he can fucking fly back on screen. One of my 1v1s when playing as him took 45mins because of that ability, then I won by an accidental back kick, hurrah!

Hellz yeah.

I don't play many fighting games, but from what I have played, Samus is my favourite character that I didn't make in a custom thing-a-ma-thing.

Aw yea.
I really like how unique she is.
She is a Heavy Weight Character with a great movement speed.
And her specials are great for setting traps.

Dropping a Morph Ball Bomb on a Exploding Box that is surrounded by other players?
So much fun.

Smash Bros Brawl - Lucario (Love the moveset and model. I really don't like the game though.)

Soul Caliber 3 - Mitsurugi (broken moveset I know. But if I want some catharsis, I just love to whip this guy out. Very fun moveset that "flows" nicely without being completely awkward, and makes a pretty awesome Create a Character if you use the Zweihander/German sword to make a 'Samurai Knight' of sorts)

Tekken - Jun. Just because I'm not your typical Gun Jack/Armor King spammer.

Warriors Orochi (yes, I know it's on the cusp of being a fighting game. just roll with it)
- Nobunaga Oda (he uses magic and a pimp daddy sword that actually isn't a katana for once; I'm sold.)

I liked him mainly because I could just overuse this one move where I could just pogostick people to death.
