Timesplitters: Future Perfect

Great story, amazing humour, perfect controls, tons of weapons, tons of characters, music choice, bots and a mapmaker.

Tell me anything else with all those things and you get a cookie.

Hmmm... let's see...
Deus Ex (that is one wierd game, but we love it for that!)
Goldeneye 007 (Just... great)
Perfect Dark (My favorite game of all time)
COD4 (of course)
Portal (You can't get much more creative than Portal)

COD4 or SWAT3

For humor,you can't beat BF:BC.
Semi realism is SWAT3 over Rainbow Six series..

I've been playing Halo 3 a lot recently. Probably to do with the mythic map pack. I love the game anyway :p (please don't flame me)

I always loved Bioshock though i almost never used guns. Burning someone to death is too much fun.

Blood! Why? I'd think its one of those "you had to be there" things, and the endless movie oneliners makes Duke 3D cry like a *****!
Disregarding nostalgia and just look at pure quality I'd say the first Half-Life, the level design is so amazing to me, HL2 was awesome too but the mini games and the gimmicky-beyond-belief Gravity Gun was a big downer (wtf was the last part about with the uber-grav? that was just tedious).

Half Life 2 but more importantly the source engine as a whole, because that encompasses games like TF2, Garry's Mod, CS:S & DOD:S. Don't know about anyone else but these games have some of the best replay value I have ever encountered.

Hmm Ill say Fallout 3 without VATS, now that some tough fun. But it really depends on my mood, feeling like waves of shooting GoW2, feel like mindless, fast respawn shooting Halo 3, Or Teamwork, Left 4 Dead, which is rare to find good teamwork.

Far Cry. Awesome visuals (at the time), easy to pick up and play, alternate routes to a destination/ goal.

Far Cry 2 was good, but it just didn't change enough as you progressed through the game.

I've just ordered Crysis though so here's hoping that becomes my new favourite.

TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. I loved the map creation and bots, and the story was well thought out and remarkably funny.

Deus Ex, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Portal.

Is Portal a shooter? You shoot portals I guess.

If Portal counts then I'm gonna take a gamble and mention Normality too ;-)
