I'd have to go with the one in grand theft auto: san andres, there's something very satisfying about the sound they make when the knife goes across their neck

Tenchu wrath of heaven

There was something soothing about seeing the assassin guy break necks and remove hearts.

Assassins creed. Walking up to one of the guards overlooking a civilian beatdown, giving him a hug all friendly like and his friends not realising what happened until I've stabbed another one of them.

Killing a guard in Assassin's Creed, pushing him off the roof, and ambushing the running assassination target.

The MGS3 neck-slitting feature. I loved how in the River of Death scene, everyone you slit would be walking around complaining how much their head hurt. And because I loved this feature, basically everyone walking on the river would be complaining about it.

Hmm.. I've been playing the Uncharted 2 multiplayer demo thing and I've got to say.. Hearing people scream in the mic after I step up from behind and jump on their backs is really satisfying.

Do the psychotic prankster kills in Fallout 3 count as 'stealth'?

If not, then there's still something so sweetly sadistic about Mr. Sandman kills. Especially listening to the song as you do it.
