There are many glitches when it comes to games, and some, if not many, are awesome. Post up your favorite.
Easily, mine is Missingno., From Pokemon Red & Blue.
Thread done before... yet I haven't posted there so: My favorite glitch is the occasional ragdoll having a seizure, in any game you care to name. Don't tell me that a ragdoll that twitches and flies all over the place isn't funny!
On of the SmackDown vs RAW games, had a ankle lock on the big show (my friends character) the ref was knocked out so didn't count, I kept the hold on for ages, he ended up crawling out the ring to break the hold!
SOCOM II binocular glitch, absolutely no purpose, and code 9, nothing better than running around a map spreading the love of glowsticks for all to see.
The still-not-fixed Gears of War 1 Kung-fu flip.
Exploring the hidden depths of the backgrounds (and setting up a pistol-death-duel on a completely flat, featureless plain) is just a lot of fun.
I don't approve of the way it's often used to gain an unfair advantage, though.
The "Vanish+Doom" glitch in FFVI was not only cool, but quite useful in the right situations.
I'm also partial to the infamous "JP Scroll" glitch in the Playstation version of Final Fantasy Tactics. For those of you who don't know of it, it lets you purchase skills that cost more JP than you actually have by using the "scroll" function after selecting a skill you do have the JP for.
