For those of you who read your history, what people from the world's past are you really into?

Me? I like Mahatma Ghandi. He used the practice of civil disobedience so India can gain independence from Britain, which was a great and clever way of protest for activists that want to ingrave into their goverments the idea that some of the laws they pulled weren't good ideas, and he inspired dudes like Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela to change their perspective nations for the better.

That, and I liked his biography movie starring Ben Kingsley as Ghandi himself, took me all morning to watch the whole thing on cable.

the doctor.

ok, seriously, the guy that invented the fridge, i forget his name, but still, he put mercury in it and then realised that it couldn't ever be disposed of safely. to make up for it, he came up with leaded petrol, which caused holes in the Ozone layer. (tell me if im wrong, i would like to get that right...)

JFK because he was a hyper charismatic telepathic knight.

But also Theodore Roosevelt, Andrew Jackson, Vincent Van Gogh, John Lennon, and various others I can't remember at the moment.

Rasputin. If an all powerful diety took a human form, Rasputin would be that man.

Galileo Galilei for too many reasons, just look him up if you don't know already.

He's generally thought of as the father of modern science.

Salvador Dali and Egon Schiele have both had a massive influence on me, both of whom have a very 'colourful' past to say the least...
