Yeah I'm going to go with the Defying rules bit, The Escapist is the only forum where I have fun, since none of pages are filled with spam etc. I love you guys *bro hugs*
I'm only on here, /v/, /mu/ and sometimes /b/...

4chan's /mu/ forum. Before you ask, it's a lot more civilized than /b/, as it has a focus (being music) and most of the people who post there are pretty cool. It's also a great place to stack up on new music, when I started going there, I only had 30gb on my iTunes, and now I'm pushing 200gb. Feels good, man.

My favorite internet forums is long dead. Now I drift. My most recent favorite forum died for me when they banned me, everyone in my clan and everyone associated with us on the HoN forums permanently. Nevermind the majority of us had little to no warnings (I had more than 50 warnings and several bans under my belt, including permanent ones I got revoked from a friend of mine).
The admins didn't like "the atomsphere we created in Off-Topic" is a long story short. Now the "type" of people we kept out for more than a year run rampant and ruin the place. And no, when I started our group way back in early beta turning the Off-Topic forum into an eltist in-club was never my intention. Our mutual dislike of 4chan,what we defined as poor quality posts and bad humor and general dislike of hardcore anime fans and large group just made it turn out that way. There was five eras, the early times, when the group was just me and some friends, the out of control period, which forced the admins to implement a number of posting controls, and the first large waves of bans against our group. The rebirth, when we me and my friends and a few other good posters seprated from the main group and made an even more exclusive group. The result of this was a lot of circle jerking and the members of the old main group trying to get into the private group. Soon both died, from a combination of bans, people going inactive and so on. A new group took over for awhile, then I weaseled my way into getting unbanned, and started a final group, it went back to the "out-of-control" style for awhile, causing every member of our group to get banned permanently, and all those who used to be associated with it. That group still exists, now we just play the game together. Since nearly everyone is banned from the forums these days.
Anyways, I started rambling, if I had to pick one the UESP forums I guess.

I lurk the escapist quite a lot, tending to read the forums but never posting (hence my low post count)
I used to hang around the gamepolitics.com forums before a bit of confusion and a broken laptop caused me to lose my password to both that website and the email address I signed up with, hence no more Pom on GP
(however I still lurk, hi zippy!)
The Leeds University union Rock Society forums is another place I lurk intently, however I don't tend to post there as I tend to get enough social interaction in person with the society, extending that beyond the club nights and you are just asking for arguments!
I would say the escapist is my favourite really, except that it is oftentimes too hostile for me, tending to leave me feeling a bit out of place, at least as a console gamer who enjoys halo and doesn't enjoy valve's games all that much (despite owning every single bloody one of them!)

The SA forums. Say what you will, but the sheer amount of memes and hilarity that spawn from that place have to count for something.
