It's slightly less bitter than panda, while having a nicer texture than a bald eagle or a dolphin.

Actually it would either be beef tenderloin or gravlax (cooking salmon without using heat).

Chicken. I basically grew up with it, it's all I've ever known... aside from the days I eat ground beef or the incredibly rare times I eat a large, juicy steak.

A Kobe beef steak. It was outrageously expensive, but my god it was good. I even got a little card with the family history of the particular animal my piece came from. At least, that's what I think is on there, it's all in Japanese so I'm just assuming. There's also a rumor the cows there get fed beer...

For both my dad's and my own birthday, we roast a whole lamb, spoke style.

In all seriousness, probably chicken. It's versitale, from a leg, to a breast in ramen, to those bits you hope are chicken in a pie.

Pork comes second, it's good for casserole and stir-fry, especially after marinading it.

My top favorite meat is rib-eye or porterhouse steak, lightly to moderately seasoned (Montreal Steak seasoning being my current favorite) and cooked medium rare without a single drop of steak sauce.
