Roast beef. Just roast beef. Sprinkle a little salt, some pepper, and a little au jus, and you've got yourself a nice, bingeworthy slab of meat.

As of today, volcanic bakemeat. :) No, just kidding, I think it'll be chicken, though beef is nice too, once in a while.

I love proscuito with all of my heart. Granted, not all proscuito is good proscuito. See, sometimes it's too dry, sometimes it's too tough. But when you have the perfect slice of proscuito, on a sandwich with just about anything on it, that's when I really love it.

It depends on how it's prepared and my mood.

Sometimes a nice chunk of fresh, uncooked salmon is the greatest thing in the world. Other days, I feel like a thick, medium-rare steak.

I think I've outgrown my love of bacon. It bores me now.

May seems gross, but I really like veal heart. It tastes like steak but the taste is accentuated and the meat is a little bit tougher, just the way I like it.

Between There and There.
Country
The Wide, Brown One.
Dammit, everytime someone runs a thread like this I get the itch to take off to visit some blackfellas I know up in the tribal lands in coastal north-western Western Australia for some Sea Turtle and Dugong (manatee)... Or maybe take up the long standing invite from some Tiwi Islanders for me to visit and have proven to me no one does sea turtle better than Tiwi Islanders.

Croc is also good, but none of that farmed croc shit. Got to get a wild croc or the meat tastes too bland.

Rabbit! Melts in your mouth. C'mere, Thumper!

Failing that, also a big fan of salmon and (to move on to meats easier/cheaper to obtain) chicken or turkey.

I love all meats, but my favourite would have to be ostrich. It's a lot like beef, but tastier, leaner, and contains Omega 3 oils which you don't normally get in land animals.
Camel is pretty good too, it can be better than beef if cooked by someone who knows how to cook it.

Bacon

I would eat bacon for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if it wouldn't kill me with cholestoral.
