Kill em All - Whiplash, Jump in the Fire
Ride the Lightning - Ride the Lightning, Creeping Death
Master of Puppets - Battery, MoP, Damage Inc
AJFA - One, Shortest Straw, Dyers Eve
and thats where it kind of ends for me. Nothing off the later albums I would put in a favorites category although there are good songs sprinkled through out.
Oh ya, any of the instrumentals - Orion, Call of Kthulu, Pulling Teeth...

St. Anger: None, hated the album with a passion.
Death Magnetic: Suicide and Redemption.

I've always loved Metallica, they're quite simply the greatest metal band ever.
"Battery" but I prefer the Machine Head cover of it
For an original it would have to be; "One".
The dark story behind the song, the amazing guitar solo, the epic double bass before the solo, the creepy guitar intro and the just amazing climactic ending. All combined together makes my favourite Metallica song and one of my favourite metal songs ever.
