What the title says.
Mine is NFS3:Hot Pursuit on the PlayStation

Best thing about it was the multiplayer - arcade-like races while being chased by the police.

My favorite was Need for Speed: Dub Edition. It might have something to do with it being my first racing game that I enjoyed (I don't like Gran Turismo). I just loved the customization, and nostalgia is coloring my opinion.

I liked the first Underground a bit (back when it was cool to be "Underground").
But after that I kind of had a falling out with the series as a whole and didn't play anything of it for a while (moved onto Burnout for my arcade racing fix).

Hot Pursuit was good, but the over-the-top campiness of Undercover holds a special place in my heart.

There was one I used to play with my sister all the time. It was a normal racing game at it's core, with the twist being that you were being chased by cops who'd ram into you, follow you with choppers and even lay spike and smoke traps to slow you down. Tons of fun.

I wanna say it was Hot Pursuit, but I'm really not sure.

I've not played that many, but I still love Most Wanted. It amuses me greatly that if you hunt through pre-owned gamed at you'll find Carbon about half the price of Most Wanted.

This is the exact same Need for Speed game(and the only) that I played in Poland back when I was about 8-10 and the only games they had were pirated ancient American games. I remember doing a cheat where you could play as a school bus and just ram everything.

The original on the 3DO. It was a fairly unique title back then and pretty straight forward, it didn't try to be trendy or gimmicky. Plus the video clips after races were hilarious. I had never been called "chumpy boy" before.
