Favorite old timey pc game?

I recently aquired two boxes full of old games for windows. I.E.>Dark Sun:Shattered Lands. at least 3 different Of MIGHT AND MAGIC an old "Live Action" Pumpkin Head and oodles of other games i need to resurrect a floppy drive from hardware to hell to run. Anyway i am curious whats your favorite old game? As well, i recently downloaded Dwarf Fortress, it was surprising awesome for game animated useing nothing but wingdings and Times New Roman.

It depends on your definition of "old." I mean Planescape; Torment is about ten years old and is my favorite game. If you mean mid or early 90s, I would say Gabriel Knight, Dark Sun: Shattered Lands, Quest for Glory 2, and many others would be up there.

I'd go with Total Annihilation, very old now, but was very satisfying back in its day

Baldur's Gate, Operation Flashpoint, Unreal Tournament, and (going back a long way) Microsoft Football. It was awful, but really good fun.
