Team Fortress 2... my attempt at making funnies didn't work...
My attempt at making a funny was already done. :p

But, yeah. Sam & Max, Grim Fandango, Monkey Island and Beneath a Steel Sky are all great ones. Plus, they're all easy to get. The first two have been re-released as Classic titles, Monkey Island have done a boxset with all 4 titles and BaSS is freeware now.

Grim Fandango. It was one of the only Point N' Click games I really got into. Great story and wit.

Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle and Sam & Max. Laughed myself silly at all of them.

I liked the Broken Sword games, good fun if fairly easy (albiet enjoyable) puzzles. Loved the Longest Journey, again fairly easy but the plot and characters overwhelm any limitations the gameplay may have had. Will start playing some of the Lucasarts adventure games soonish so I'll probably have a lot more to say on the subject in a few weeks.

"The Curse of Monkey Island" and "The Longest Journey".

I really, really, really want a point-and-click sequel to "Dreamfall: The Longest Journey". Really. Not an MMO or whatever genre Dreamfall fell into, but just an old-school (but improved) PnC to drown my thirst for pointing and clicking as well as telling me whatever the hell happened to April and Zoë!

The most memorable for me were the Sierra online games:

The Kings Quest Series (Although 7 and 8 weren't that great, to be honest. 5 was my favorite)
The Space Quest Series (4 was my favorite)
And the Police Quest Series (The first one was my favorite!)

But the one that was the BEST point and click game I ever played?

The Curse of Monkey Island.
Third in the series, and freaking hilarious.

The Longest Journey and Broken Sword. Oh, and Space Quest V. At least back then the plot was actually good (probably in order to compensate for the graphics). Space Quest had so many hilarious quotes...

Myst is fun for a while until you get to a puzzle that is just impossible and you consider throwing the damn processor out a window. I guess with the internet you can just look up the answer but I think that kind of defeats the purpose.

ZORK The Grand Inquisiter. Great game, funny as hell.
I'm tied with Zork: GI and Return to Zork. Both were great games. Well, maybe the bonding plant knocks a point off Return to Zork. Damned bonding plant.

Second place would be Day of the Tentacle, followed third by the first Monkey Island game.

Ah, I can't forget Loom. Loom was a great game. Something about turning sheep green that did it for me.

Freddy Fish, played them endlessly when I was even younger than I am now. I guess there are a lot of better ones, but I 'haven't played them or don't remember playing them. So yeah, I'll go with Freddy Fish.

Figured i would put my answer in spoilers for those who have not played the game.

April dies and Zoë died!? was there any doubt to that?
Considering that that supposedly wasn't the end of either character's story... I'd say there's room for doubt.
