Because of complaints of my ambiguity of my last thread I'm starting this one.

My favorite is any type of Warrior/Mage such as my absolute favorite, Final Fantasy Red Mage.

Mage or Black Mage (The "Glass Cannon"). I do this because after playing a number of MMOs as a Mage I have come to the realization that Mobs do not run towards Mages to kill them, they run towards them so as not to anger the omnipotent Mage by forcing he or she to trouble themselves to walk over to their corpse and loot them after they die. I therefore generally assume that any damage they might possibly deal to me is a simple mistake or a friendly reminder of their worship...short answer: Mages = Powertrip (please note that this applies to most, not all MMOs)

I guess a Crusader would be my favorite considering the great ammount of evil I would be facing.

MY favorite is Either ranger or rogue, I'm certain thats the right spelling.

I prefer to play a thief, using the rogue class, mostly paired with some form of paladin(yay common fights) or a fighter.

Oh I'm a Lumberjack and I'm okay! I sleep all night and I work all day! (He's a lumberjack and he's okay! He sleeps all night and he works all day!)

I prefer Sorcerers (in the D&D setting anyhow)

I'm apparently cursed in that I can never play a Bard. Each time I try, the campaign dies out within a few sessions. Which makes me sad, because Bards are cool.

Headcrab. Oh wait, wrong context. I almot played DnD once, but when I said I really wanted to, my friend told me that I wouldn't like it. Bugger.

so you worship your friend and do as he dictates? Try it for yourself and see if you like it, if you don't then you don't but YOU and only YOU can know so try.

probably paladin because it's a good combo of magic and strength

I don't like set mages, warriors and rogues with no middle ground; that's probably why I hate Dark Messiah so much. I like to mix things up. Spellswords, Skirmishers, that sort of stuff. In Oblivion I had an unstoppable fast-attack character. He was fun.

Don't get me started on Oblivion, I have a character with over 300 hours logged. There is literally nothing left to do until another expansion is released.
