What's a funny/cool/stupid thing that's happened to you in a sandbox game?

Prototype: I grabbed a Blackwatch soldier, and just before I was going to consume him, he yells "You're only bringing my boot to ball level!"

Prototype: I rode around on top of an APC, shooting soldiers. The APC was trying to shake me off, and ended up driving into the ocean.

GTA 4: My friends formed a biker gang on free mode. I got my bike wedged in between a skateboard ramp and a fence (long story), and it ended up disappearing before my friends could get to me, so I had to ride with someone. We were driving across a bridge at top speed, and one starts giggling and says "Ha, Kemo's riding *****!" He then popped a wheelie, pulled it back too far, and crashed. I bugged him about karma the rest of the night.

Prototype, I threw a pedestrian at a helicopter. That ended up crashing into another chopper and they both crashed into a hive destroying it. Best way to destroy a building ever.

I had a shootout with the police in GTA:TLAD, i choreographed my kills to the Kill Bill theme song.

Sandbox games are alot of fun.
Saints Row 2 being one of the better.
I remember just starting a fight by punching a random pedestrian in the street. Turned into a real conflict with heaps of my homies vs a few other pedestrians. Then the police were added to the mix, people started shooting, blowing things up.
All I did was sit back and watch the chaos unfold. Good times, good times.

In GTA4 i jumped off the highest building... and lived the fall without any cheats.
How?
I jumped off the top and landed on the edge of the second highest part and fell, in ragdoll form, the rest of the distance. Hit the ground, got up and left. When i mean left, i mean getting hit by my friends helicopter after he bailed out as i was mid flight.

Good times... Actually only times for that game.

They really need to make a GTA/Saints Row type game with replay. There are a lot of games they need to include replay with.

In Prototype I grabbed a guy off the street, ran up a building, jumped off of it, and right before I hit the ground I tossed him at a soldier.

Saint's Row- I was running from the cops at a high speed (of course) on the bridge and crashed into the pillar on the other side. One cop car had been riding my bumper and crashed into the back of my car, sending the officer flying out of their windshield and into the pillar I'd crashed into.

I was driving along a bridge in Saints Row with my friend sitting next to me and we see this guy standing on the railing and I slowed down...he spread his arms and jumped off killing himself. I am NOT making this up we sat up and said "HOOOOLY SHHIIIT" it was very odd/unexpected.

BASE jumping in GTA 3: San Andreas.
Spent hours finding good spots, epic fun.

saints row 2, walking down the street and taking one shot at an enemy gang. then more of their guys show up, then my guys show up, then random pedestrians join in for some reason, then the cops. and just to be a jerk cheated to get a rocket launcher and shot directly into the crowd=P

Base Jumping in Just Cause, now that was awesome. They even had an achievement for it.
